However, the End card ends the chat immediately after executing, cutting off important messages like links or videos before visitors have time to process them. As a result, visitors might miss important information if the chat ends too quickly.
The "Card Wait Time" in the end card allows you to set a card wait time. When this is enabled, the bot will delay the execution of the end card for a specified amount of time. This gives visitors adequate time to view any response cards that appear before the chat ends.
